Furthermore, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce also contains provisions regarding the protection of personal data. The Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 provides for criminal sanctions if personal data is unlawfully recorded, seized, disseminated, or not deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within the system despite the expiration of retention periods.

On the other hand, data collection and usage are required for the fulfillment of our obligations arising from the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Personal data shared with Volta Motor is under the supervision and control of Volta Motor. Volta Motor has assumed responsibility in its capacity as the data controller to establish the necessary organization and to take and adapt technical measures in order to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information in accordance with the provisions of the relevant current legislation. Aware of our obligation in this regard, we would like to inform you that we conduct periodic penetration tests in accordance with international and national technical standards regarding data privacy and that we update our data processing policies at all times within this scope.

6) Does Volta Motor share your personal data?

The sharing of personal data belonging to our customers with third parties takes place within the framework of the customers' consent, and as a rule, personal data is not shared with third parties without our customer's approval.

However, personal data is shared with courts and other public institutions due to and limited to our legal obligations. In addition, personal data is transferred to contracted third parties in order to provide the services we have committed to and to perform quality control of the services provided.

Necessary technical and legal measures are taken to prevent rights violations during data transfer to third parties. However, Volta Motor is not responsible for violations occurring in the risk area under the responsibility of the third party and due to the data protection policies of the third party receiving the personal data.

Your personal data may be shared with Volta Motor's shareholders, the program partner institutions and organizations with which we cooperate to carry out our direct/indirect domestic/international activities, domestic/international persons and institutions from which we receive cloud storage services, domestic/international institutions with which we have agreements regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages to our customers, the Interbank Card Center, the banks with which we have agreements, and various agencies, advertising companies, and survey companies, both domestic and international, and other domestic/international third parties and our relevant business partners, within the scope of various marketing activities to provide you with better service and ensure customer satisfaction.

2- Request information if it has been processed,
